The Challenge

A specialty minerals company was targeting a doubling of output within three years. The CEO needed to accelerate the volume ramp-up sustainably to ensure predictability of mining operations.

The Methodology

The approach focused on installing an operational efficiency program for volume ramp-up, with joint client/INUO teams focused on management operating system. They overhauled working practices across every part of mine operation. Critically, skills development and behavioral change were pivotal—the people training team was essential for sustainable volume uplift.
